How do you make an appointment at ACREN Clinics?
To make an appointment at ACREN Clinics for infusion treatment, please complete the intake form. It is important that you complete all fields.
Medical assistant
Once you have completed all the fields, the medical assistant who will guide you through the entire process will contact you by telephone to discuss all the steps. They will call from a recognisable Belgian telephone number: +32 469 17 33 41.
Please note: In the intake form, we ask when the best time to call you is. Our medical assistants will make a maximum of three attempts to call you around the specified time. If we are unable to reach you, you will receive a message via WhatsApp and email stating that it is up to you to contact us.
Scheduling your treatment
At the end of the telephone conversation, your medical assistant will work with you to record the details for the treatment.
Appointment confirmation
Your medical assistant will send you the appointment confirmation by email. The email will contain a link to your ACREN Personal Treatment Plan, which provides guidelines for achieving the best possible results from your infusion treatment.
Payment
You can pay in cash or by debit card (no credit cards) on site.
Personal data
Your details will only be used to arrange an appointment for your infusion treatment and to inform you about related options.
