NAD+ infusion treatment 2.0
You can obtain the most powerful NAD+ infusion treatment in Europe by energising the NAD+, preparing your body for 30 days with PUBLOREM, and supporting it with vitamins, minerals, and glutathione infusions.
Holistic approach
Many clinics offer NAD+ infusions, but to get the most out of your NAD+ infusion treatment, you need more than just an infusion bag with NAD+ dripping into your arm.
The holistic approach to your NAD+ infusion treatment (2.0) at ACREN Clinics consists of gradually preparing your body with PUBLOREM. This supports the cleansing effect of your liver and purifies your blood before and between treatment sessions. In addition, the NAD+ effect is enhanced by the energising, vitamin and glutathione infusions.
How often should I undergo NAD infusion therapy?
You start with three treatment sessions, each one month apart. After three months, you return for a maintenance treatment and an interval that is one month longer each time.
Maintenance interval
The first maintenance treatment takes place three months after the last treatment session. The second maintenance treatment takes place four months after the previous maintenance treatment, and the third maintenance treatment five months after the last one, and so on, until there is a year between each treatment.
How does the treatment work?
- After you have clicked on the ‘make an appointment’ button and filled in all the details, a medical assistant will contact you and schedule the first three treatment sessions and the first maintenance treatment session in consultation with you.
- 30 days before administering the vitamins, minerals, NAD+ and glutathione, you will support the cleansing effect of your liver with PUBLOREM. On the day of your infusion, you will sit in a comfortable chair while the infusion drips gently. A nurse will be present to replace the infusion bags in a timely manner. We take our time to ensure you feel comfortable, as increasing the drip rate can cause headaches.
How long does a NAD infusion take?
- The drop rate determines the duration. Please assume that you will be with us for between 2.5 – 3 hours.
What are the benefits of a NAD infusion?
An NAD+ infusion (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is more powerful than oral intake. Because the vitamins, minerals, NAD+ and glutathione are administered directly via an infusion, you have an absorption rate of 95% – 100%. With oral intake, this is only between 10 – 15%.
Why would I want a NAD infusion?
NAD decreases with age, but poor nutrition, stress and smoking also have a negative effect on the natural production of NAD. A balanced NAD+ infusion 2.0 restores NAD levels to normal.
NAD+ plays a central role in cellular energy metabolism, cognitive processes, anti-ageing, overall health and is involved in 400 biochemical processes in the body, including:
- Improvement of general well-being
- Preservation of cognitive functions (focus, memory, concentration, comprehension)
- Activation of brain neuron function
- Increasing energy levels
- Stimulation of metabolism
- Cell regeneration (repair of damaged DNA)
- Reduction of chronic inflammation
NAD+ for which indications?
- Depression, mood disorders
- Diabetes
- Weight control
- Regeneration after injuries
- Neurodegenerative disorders
- Mitochondrial dysfunction
- Menopause support
- Long Covid symptomen
- Brain fog
- Chronic fatigue
- Signs of exhaustion
- Memory/concentration problems
- Anti-aging+
- Side effects of withdrawal symptoms (alcohol, medication, drugs)
Glutathion infusion
The glutathione infusion strengthens the immune system, acts as an antioxidant, reduces inflammation, improves the skin (including regulating pigmentation and providing better protection against UV radiation and environmental pollution) and reduces the risk of heart disease.
Vitamine infusion
The infusion of vitamins and minerals that you receive prior to your NAD+ infusion consists of: C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, magnesium, selenium, and zinc.
We do not specify the exact dosage online for competitive reasons.
How much does a NAD infusion cost?
Due to the holistic approach, the NAD infusion costs consist of a number of strengthening elements in the short and longer term.
- PUBLOREM for 90 days costs €237 (with patient discount).
- Infusion with NAD+ (2.0), vitamins, minerals, and glutathione costs: €566 per treatment session.
The amount of NAD+ (2.0) used is more than sufficient for your body, and any excess is excreted by your body in your urine. When comparing the costs of NAD infusions, it is important not to compare apples with oranges. When you really compare, most people choose the BOOSTER infusion, because it also includes the NAD plus infusion at a small additional cost.
Is a blood test required beforehand?
No, it is not required.
What is NAD+?
Humans have the ideal level of NAD+ at birth, which we need as a particularly important coenzyme for metabolic activities and thus the body’s energy production.
As we age, the NAD+ level in the body naturally decreases. The result is a deficiency in mitochondria and their function, leading to cell death – we grow older! This explains why damage to genetic material is corrected less and less frequently in older age and why many types of diseases can develop in connection with this.
However, the decline in NAD+ levels is also due to other important factors:
- Excessive calorie intake
- Sugar intake
- Use of alcohol, nicotine and drugs
- Chronic inflammatory diseases
According to the latest findings, there is also a direct link between low NAD+ levels and Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes and heart disease.
NAD+ as an anti-aging molecule
In 2017, an international research group discovered that NAD+ plays a key role in the repair of damaged DNA by cells.
One of the vital biochemical reactions that NAD+ influences is the function of sirtuins, a family of proteins known as longevity genes. Sirtuins are produced by almost every cell in the body and control ageing by switching genes on and off, particularly genes involved in ageing.
Sirtuins perform various functions, such as helping to repair DNA damage, enabling mitochondria to function more efficiently, inhibiting inflammation and regulating insulin secretion.
Sirtuins also protect telomeres. The ends of chromosomes are known as telomeres. They act as a kind of “protective cap”. Telomeres protect chromosomes from degradation and ensure the proper functionality and viability of cells. However, these telomeres become shorter over the course of a lifetime.
When telomeres become too short, cells can no longer multiply. Telomeres gradually shorten with age, impairing the ability of stem cells to produce tissue. This leads to ageing and disease processes. Mental performance in particular declines sharply and the immune system becomes increasingly less effective.
NAD+ energizing – what is it?
During the NAD+ production process, cell particles become damaged. Energising neutralises the damaged cell particles and strengthens the healthy ones. This creates the most powerful NAD+ in Europe.

Are there side effects of NAD+?
The aim of NAD+ infusion therapy is to help improve your quality of life. At ACREN Clinics, we do this by preparing your body and using a low drip rate for your infusions. This prevents side effects such as fatigue, headaches or stomach ache. Should these symptoms occur, they will be very temporary.
Where can I get an NAD infusion?
You will receive your NAD plus infusion treatment 2.0 at the specialised private clinics of ACREN Clinics in the Antwerp region. Our planning method prevents long waiting times.
Locations
The private clinics are located outside the centre of Antwerp. This means you won’t have to deal with traffic lights and traffic jams in the city. You also have the option of free parking.

How much does NAD+ infusion treatment cost?
When comparing, it is important that you do not focus solely on the amount of mg NAD that is used. More is not necessarily better, because the excess is excreted by the body. So you end up paying more for something that has no effect. It is much more important to check whether your body is prepared. If you go to an aesthetic clinic, they thrive on “hit and run” infusion treatments; it is a by-product. If you go to a clinic that specialises in this, you will receive a holistic approach. There, the NAD+ works much longer and is much more cost-effective in the long run.
